SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. You will receive an order confirmation email at the time of purchase, and another email when your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection.

Please note that if we are dispatching a high volume of orders, then your shipment might be slightly delayed, this should only be by a day or two. If your order is going to be delayed by longer then we will be in contact with you to discuss your shipment.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
-We aim to deliver your order between 2-4 working days from the day of dispatch, via our standard shipment option.
-We aim to deliver your order between 1-3 working days from the day of dispatch, via our express delivery option.

-We offer FREE delivery with 7 miles of the HP15 6 area.
​
-FREE collection is available from the Redefined Glass Workshop.
-All delivery charges are calculated at the checkout process.

-All delivery fees for standard shipping are waived on orders over £40
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We ensure that every product follows our high standards. However if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order then contact us and we will be happy to help to resolve the issue.
If you are still not satisfied then we have a 28 day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns can be requested via our contact page or email directly at service@redefinedglass.co.uk. We will reply back with return instructions, including the return postage address. You will then have 14 days to return the item back to us.

All items must be returned in their unused, original condition and packaged in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying the return postage costs (unless your item arrives damaged). We recommend using a trackable service for this as we cannot process a refund for lost returns.

Items requested to be returned after 28 days
Damaged Items:
Whilst we try to package our orders up as safely as possible, we know that from time to time items can get damaged. Please contact us with pictures of the damaged items and we will send you instructions of where to post the items for return. We will send you a prepaid return postage label. Once we have received the items you will receive a full refund including the original postage costs.

Refunds:
Once your return has been inspected and approved your refund will automatically be processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the date we receive your items (excluding the original delivery costs). If it has been more than 14 days then please get in contact with us.
